Language: Belarusian with bilingual introduction in English and Belarusian, and short trilingual summaries for each IBA in English, Russian, and Belarusian

This book summarizes the results of 20 years of work on bird conservation programmes and includes a description of all Important Bird Areas (IBAs) in Belarus, their current state, and the current borders. The results do not only reveal the bird species in these IBAs, but also other rare fauna and flora, lists of potential and existing threats, and ways of solving them. In 150 it includes all relevant information on existing IBAs, of which there are now 51 in Belarus, which is 7.6% of the country's surface area.

In addition to descriptions and maps of IBAs, the publication provides information on the criteria for IBA allocation, the work on the IBAs Caretakers Programme, and other general information. Tables provide data on on the bird species present in the different IBAs – a key area for conservation – , the national conservation status of each IBA, and the criteria on which they are allocated.

Издание подводит итоги 20-летней работы по программе и включает описание всех  ТВП Беларуси, их нынешнее состояние, современные границы. Приведены имеющиеся данные не только о ТВП-образующих видах птиц, но и о других редких представителях фауны и флоры, перечень потенциальных и существующих угроз, способы их решения.

В 150 страниц вошла актуальная информация по существующим Территориям, важным для птиц (ТВП). Сейчас в Беларуси выделена 51 ТВП, что составляет 7,6% площади страны.

Кроме описания и карт ТВП, в издании можно найти информацию по критериям выделения ТВП, про работу по программе «Хранителей ТВП» и другие общие сведения. В приложениях размещены таблицы о ТВП-образующих видах птиц и ключевые территории для их сохранения; о национальном природоохранном статусе каждой ТВП, о критериях, по которым они выделены.
