The data on 3 families, 12 subfamilies, 33 tribes, 96 genera, 148 subgenera, 475 species (with 103 subspecies) and 986 synonyms of the ground beetles (Caraboidea) the Sikhote-Alin Mountains (Russian Far East) are given. Families Rhysodidae and Trachypachidae numbers one species each and family Carabidae numbers 473 species in the Sikhote-Alin. For each valid genus and generic synonym the data on the type species and its fixation, area, number of species in the world and in Sikhote-Alin are given.

For each species, subspecies and its synonyms the data on original description, type locality, deposition of type specimens and distribution are given also. Nine new species and six new subspecies are described, 30 new synonyms are established, 7 new combinations are proposed, 2 subgeneric and 4 species names are resurrected, and one new substitute name is proposed.
