The Banner Net consists of a rectangular net measuring 90 x 100cm which is supported on each side by a wooden pole. The bottom edge of the net is reinforced with a flexible rubber rod which can be removed and slotted into its own pocket when the net is rolled up for storage. Two velcro tabs keep the net rolled neatly when not in use. Available with 500μm mesh which is ideal for kick sampling of benthic macroinvertebrates, and with 4mm mesh which is useful for electrofishing. Supporting poles are 120cm long and have a diameter of 2.5cm.
