Biography

Alison Benjamin is editor of the Society section of the Guardian and writes on social affairs and environmental issues for the Guardian newspaper and website. She is the co-author of "Keeping Bees and Making Honey" and the bestselling "A World Without Bees". Brian McCallum runs Urban Bees, a social enterprise to teach responsible urban beekeeping. He works in partnership with the Co-op, the City of London festival, Wolff Olins, Global Generation and the mayor of London's Capital Bee programme. He is a trained teacher and an author.
