Biography

Susan K. Pell, Ph.D., former Director of Science at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, is the Science and Public Programs Manager at the United States Botanic Garden in Washington, D.C.

Bobbi Angell is primarily a scientific illustrator for the New York Botanical Garden and other academic institutions; her richly detailed pen and ink illustrations have appeared in a wide variety of scholarly and commercial publications, including the New York Times Garden Q&A column.
