Doñana is a vast wilderness of dunes, pine forests and marshes at the mouth of the Guadalquivir in south-western Spain – the largest conservation area in Europe.
Iberian Lynx, Spanish Imperial Eagle, Wild Boar and thousands of water birds breed in the safety of Doñana's wild space.
Ein Tag in der Doñana describes the principal places to visit around El Rocio and the national park visitor centre at Acebuche. It takes you through the interior of the park, pointing out and explaining interesting birds, mammals, plants and landscape features.
