This mist net has a mesh size of 30 x 30mm and is made from nylon (110 denier/2 ply). Suitable for small owls and raptors, and medium to large waders.
This nylon mist net is thin and very effective, yet stronger and more durable than Series 700 mist nets. This makes it ideal for long term work; after 500 days of continuous field exposure, they are as strong and black as new nets. The net is equipped with wind block lines and colour marked loops. Available in lengths of 12, 15 and 18m, and heights of 1.6 or 3.2m. The 1.6m high nets have 2 shelves whilst the 3.2m high nets have 4 shelves.
