  • Many of our aquatic and entomology nets are manufactured right here at our workshop in Totnes. This means that, not only can we keep a close eye on quality throughout the manufacturing process, but by minimising the length of the supply chain, we can keep costs to our customers as low as possible.
  • We don’t make any profit from our postage and packaging, but merely seek to cover our costs.
  • Orders can be placed online, over the phone, or by sending us an email or purchase order with a list of the items that you wish to purchase.
  • For orders placed by your organisation using a purchase order, we are happy to provide 30-day credit terms subject to our standard credit cheques. Make sure that your purchase order includes billing and delivery addresses and a unique reference number. This will be quoted on your order acknowledgement and invoice.
