This volume deals with the species of Conidae (Mollusca: Gastropoda) of China seas based mainly on the colletions of the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in the past years. A total of 128 species are recorded and described, of which, one species is new to science, the type specimen is deposited in the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. One species is recorded for the first time from Chinese waters.
