  • Easily the best modern European moss flora
By Gerhard 24 Nov 2020 Written for Hardback
The six volumes of the whole series together are by far the best modern moss flora for any part of Europe. The scope of the descriptions, the excellent (!) illustrations and the workable keys are useful for a much greater part of Europe than just the Iberian peninsula. Everyone working with mosses should have a copy of this series. If you have, you will find that you are more and more using it as the basis for your identifications and that you will always check the perfect drawings for which there are no modern substitutes anywhere else.
