Language: Chinese with scientific nomenclature
This book is the preliminary result of the author's systematic collection, separation and classification of Neisseria sinensis in Chinese soil. This is a general term for a class of asexual fungi that are directly exposed to the outside of the spore-forming structure, such as conidia and conidiophores. These fungi are widely distributed in various types of soils in nature and play an important role in the material cycle of nature. Some of them are important plant pathogens and can even infect humans and animals, which has an important impact on human survival and economic activities. This book introduces the economic importance of such fungi, research methods, the main basis of modern asexual fungal classification, related terminology concepts in the "General Theory" section, and finally, lists species in China's soil studied by the authors of this book. A total 429 species belonging to 93 genera are described. For each species, a morphological description, depiction and distribution information is provided. At the end of the book, there are main references and indexes of Chinese and scientific names.

本书是作者对中国土壤中暗色丝孢菌进行系统采集、分离和分类研究的初步成果。暗色丝孢菌是一类分生孢子和分生孢子梗暗色(或二者之为暗色)、分生孢子梗和分生孢子等产孢结构直接暴露于外界的无性型真菌的统称。此类真菌广泛分布于自然界的各类土壤中,在自然界物质循环中起重要作用,其中部分属、种是重要的植物病原菌,甚至可侵染人和动物,对人类生存和经济活动有重要影响。
本书在“通论”中介绍了此类真菌的经济重要性、研究方法、现代无性型真菌分类的主要根据、相关的术语概念,最后,列出本书作者们研究过的我国土壤中暗色丝孢菌93属的分属检索表。 “专论” 部分包含了对我国土壤中93属429种暗色丝孢菌的具体研究结果。每个种级分类单位均有形态描述、描绘和分布的记载,最后进行适当的讨论。全书有插图441幅,书末附有主要参考文献和真菌中文名素引、学名素引。全书图文并茂,文字简练,是第一本系统研究我国土壤中暗色丝孢真菌的原创性著作。
