The Haglöf Tree Core Reader allows you to extract and examine a wood core of up to 12mm length and 5.15mm diameter. It contains a high quality 6x magnifier which allows you to study your core carefully, providing you with information about the tree's condition, disease status, growth and age. With the core inside the reader, the magnifying optics can be slid along the length of it, allowing all parts to be studied. When complete, the core can be returned to the tree.
The reader is graduated in mm and inches and is supplied in a plastic transport case with a cleaning cloth and user guide.
