This multi-cell battery charger will charge up to 8 AAA, AA, C or D size batteries in as little as one hour. Any combination of batteries can be charged simultaneously and the microprocessor with 0.001V resolution ensures that the correct amount of current is provided to each cell.
Two charging modes are available: The soft charging mode gives the longest battery life and is ideal for older, lower-capacity batteries whilst the rapid charge mode delivers a higher current, allowing you to get your batteries charged as quickly as possible. Soft charging time is around 2 hours for AAA/AA batteries, 2-6 hours for C batteries and 5-10 hours for D batteries. Rapid charging time is 1 hour for AAA/AA batteries, 1-3 hours for C batteries and 1-5 hours for D batteries.
The charger features a deep battery conditioning system which charges, deep-discharges and then recharges batteries automatically, ensuring maximum life-span and performance. The convenient LCD screen also shows the charging status of each individual battery, allowing you to remove them as soon as they are charged.
The MH-C808M is robust and well-constructed. It uses fixed contacts which are much longer-lasting and more durable than traditional spring-loaded contacts and it also comes with a 100-240V 50/60Hz universal adaptor allowing you to use it anywhere in the world, without worrying about voltage differences.
