You will be interacting with all departments within the business to ensure that efficiencies are optimised, and our systems are delivering the best results. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills alongside competent technical skills to enable you to do this successfully.

The Junior Developer will collaborate closely with our IT Manager, IT team, and internal stakeholders. This role will report directly to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement NetSuite solutions to meet business needs.
  • Customize NetSuite functionality using SuiteScript.
  • Manage and improve integrations between NetSuite and other systems. 
  • Manage permissions and overall administration of the NetSuite platform.
  • Provide front-line support and troubleshoot issues. 
  • Support quality controls and ensure accuracy of data in NetSuite.
  • Maintain documentation for system changes and processes.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Suite Script, and web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Experience: Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is preferred. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Proven success in communicating with users and technical teams, to collect requirements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Our offer to you:

Office-based position, Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 p.a. based on a 37.5-hour week Monday - Friday, attracting 33 days holiday p.a., including bank holidays. Benefits, Employee Assistance Program, Health care enhanced maternity/paternity leave, a generous company pension, free parking and refreshments. NHBS also offers each colleague up to three paid days for conservation volunteering each year.
