The Ridgid SeeSnake CA-350x is a handheld professional endoscope that is perfect for inspecting difficult to reach areas such as bat roosts, bird nests and mammal burrows. The camera has an ergonomically designed pistol grip handle with a fixed 3.5" colour screen. Images and videos are captured in a 640 x 480 resolution and saved in either a JPG or MP4 format onto the internal memory (235MB) or onto an SD card (max 32GB).
The handset can rotate the image displayed so that it can be viewed from any angle and it also has a digital zoom function. The CA-350x can also stream live footage to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth or Wifi. The bespoke free RIDGID View App works exclusively with this camera and is compatible with iOS and Android. This software also allows quick sharing of pictures and video via email or messaging. The camera head is waterproof and made from aluminium, with four bright LEDs. The camera cable is 90cm long, however it can be extended with optional extension cable sections up to 9 meters.
The device is powered by the rechargeable 12V Li-lon battery (or where convenient can be run off the mains via the included AC Adapter).
