The Swarovski CL Companion Binoculars offer the outstanding optical performance that is associated with the Swarovski name, but in a compact and lightweight body and at a more cost effective price. They have been updated with a more streamlined, lighter design and an improved field of view, perfect for surveying large landscapes or fast moving animals. The focusing mechanism has been redesigned, with integrated diopter adjustment and a quick connector for the carrying strap. The CL Companion Binoculars have been meticulously designed to provide specifications that are comparable with standard sized binoculars, but in a form that is easy to carry and put in your pocket, making them ideal for travelling. The high quality lens and prism coatings ensure that they provide excellent performance even at low light, and the wide field of view and precision focusing mean that you can watch fast moving animals or locate details in large landscapes without any difficulty. The CL Companion Binoculars have the enhanced lens and phase prism coatings SWAROBRIGHT, SWAROTOP and SWARODUR for noticeably better colour reproduction and a light transmission rating of 90%. The SWAROBRIGHT coating provides maximum colour fidelity across the whole spectrum, whereas SWAROTOP and SWARODUR are coatings that ensure bright, high contrast images, reducing surface light reflection.
These binoculars have an ergonomic balanced top hinge design on a lightweight magnesium housing, meaning that you can hold and use them without fatigue for long periods of time. The twist up eyecups allow you to position your eyepoint and the eye relief has been designed to cater for wearers of spectacles. The rubber armouring protects the binoculars against shocks and they are nitrogen purged to eliminate fogging. The CL Companion range is waterproof to 4m so ideal for use in even the toughest of weather conditions.
