Drew Buckley has always had a passion for combining the great outdoors with his love of photography. In 2012 he achieved 'highly commended' in the prestigious British Wildlife Photography Awards. Success continued the following year when, out of a worldwide entry of over 100,000, he was shortlisted for the BBC and Natural History Museum's 2013 Wildlife Photographer of the Year Award. Now highly acclaimed throughout the photographic industry and within the UK media, he is a regular contributor to the very best of wildlife, landscape and photography magazines. His clients include BBC Wildlife, Country Life, NHS Wales, Daily Mail, The Guardian, BBC Countryfile, Daily Telegraph, Advanced Photographer, Photo Plus and many more. He also was involved in producing many of the time-lapse sequences and seasonal transitions showcased in A Wild Year: Pembrokeshire, a UK wide BBC Natural History programme shot over two years, featuring his home county of Pembrokeshire.
