This beetle guide, originally published in German as Der Kosmos Käferführer, has been the standard guide in Europe and is here translated into Dutch for the first time. The Veldgids Kevers covers more than 1000 beetles species found in north-western Europe. Over 1100 detailed colour illustrations and descriptions help the reader to quickly and accurately identify species. Additional sections cover biology, distribution, threats, and protection. A must-have for entomologists and insect-aficionados.
