In this work 15 species of fungi (13 Basidiomycetes and 2 Ascomycetes) from Girona (Catalonia, Spain) are described and illustrated: Clitocybe phaeophthalma var. werneri, Clitopilus daamsii, Coprinellus dilectus, Coprinopsis trispora, Entoloma tenellum, Hymenoscyphus ombrophiliformis, Mycena pura f. armeniaca, Plectania ericae, Pluteus hiatulus, Pluteus mammifer, Psathyrella berolinensis, Russula archaeosuberis, Russula zvarae var. pusilla, Squamanita paradoxa, and Tubaria decurrens.
One new taxa (Mycena pura f. armeniaca Pérez-De-Greg. et Carbó) and one new combination (Plectania ericae (Donadini) Roqué) are proposed.
