Elliot Webb grew up on a farm in South Wales and spent most of his childhood outdoors, exploring the woodland and fields and becoming passionate about foraging and fungi. He earned a BSc in fishery management and aquaculture from Portsmouth University in 2012. From there, he went on to manage one of the most reputable fish farms in Scotland before travelling the world, honing his trade and forming the concept of Urban Farm-It.
