The Hawke Optics FRONTIER LRF binoculars feature a built-in Laser Range Finder (LRF) for highly accurate distance measurements (± 1 metre). LRF readings are displayed on a red OLED display. Its range-finding capabilities include Distance, Rain, Hunt, Near, Horizontal Distance and Angle modes. The display brightness can be manually adjusted between 6 levels of brightness. The LRF requires a 3V CR2 battery and will automatically turn off after 15 seconds of no operation to save power.
This model uses Hawkes’ new H7 High Light Transmission with True Colour Optics and a patented Prism System with Beam Split Coating ensuring optimal light transmission and image clarity. These optics have impressive close and long-distance focus ranges, making them fantastic for any survey. They are constructed with a rubber-coated magnesium alloy chassis, making them lightweight yet robust. Nitrogen purging during assembly makes them fogproof and waterproof. In addition, the objective lenses are layered with a water-repellent coating, enabling these binoculars to cope well with wet weather conditions. This model has an IPX7 rating.
Effortless focusing and outstanding depth of field make these binoculars easy to use. They come supplied with a high-quality hard protective case. A belt loop and notes pocket on the rear, make this case an excellent accessory when out and about.
