Both species utilise the nooks and crannies present in buildings. To accommodate these distinct needs, the Kiki offers a hybrid bird and bat box with four compartments: three compartments created specifically for bats and one compartment designed for swifts. This specialised box can be hung on buildings, providing a suitable habitat for these species.

The Kiki combined species box is an ideal product for swifts and summer roosts for crevice-dwelling bats. Made from environmentally friendly FSC wood that hasn't been treated with chemicals, it has the durability to last for over 25 years.
