This lightweight bag hide is perfect for throwing over yourself to provide an instant hide. With no poles and pegs to worry about, and weighing only 450g it can fit in your camera bag and be available for whenever you need it. The hide is large enough to cover you, your camera, tripod and seat (see images tab for size). It has one opening window with insect and scrim net. You can also put your head through the window and use the hide as a cape. There is a large opening with velcro adjustment at the front for the lens. The bag hide can also be used like an old Victorian camera. Drape it over your tripod and then pull over your head and shoulders for more cover.
The bag hide features a hardwood greens camouflage (see images tab for design). This is a superb all round pattern and works great in woods, hedges or heathland. The bag hide is lightweight and breathable but is NOT completely waterproof. If you're travelling light, going abroad to a warm country or not expecting to sit in the rain for hours then this bag is ideal. For a proofed hide that will keep you dryer and warmer, we would recommend you opt for the Medium Weight Bag Hide.
