The Ltl Acorn Mini30 is a portable trail camera which records high definition images (14MP with 30MP interpolation) and video (1920 x 1080p) with clear audio directly onto an internal SD card (micro only). The trail camera has a wide angle lens with a 130 degree field of view. The Mini30 can be set to capture one, two or three images or record one video per trigger, but also has the ability to capture images and videos simultaneously. The camera does not have a built in screen, but can be bought with a detachable exeternal LCD screen in order to playback recordings and access the menu options. The Mini30 is also weatherproof to IP68 rating standard, which enables it to be used more reliably in a range of weather conditions and across all seasons.

The Ltl Acorn Mini30 comes in two different models, depending on the user's desired outcome for night vision recording. The 940 No-Glow infrared model has a frequency of 940nm and will produce black and white images and video footage in low light and night conditions. Infrared brightness control helps to prevent white out of images where subjects are closer to the camera. Alternatively, the White Light model produces full colour images and video footage regardless of the light conditions, using a flash technique similar to that of a regular camera.

Can't be secured properly and...

So this camera is completely impractical for use outside of private gardens, the brackets that allow the strap to the threaded through are not wide enough for any sort of metal cable with loops to allow you to secure the device to a tree etc. let alone the python locks that are promoted when you put a trail camera in your basket on the NHBS website.

So I now have a python cable which is a spare that can't be used with the camera, and I can't find a metal cable thin enough to allow it to be secured, so each time I use it I risk it being stolen - if you are buying a camera for work purposes such as monitoring wildlife on school sites, universities etc. and places where you might get people as well, don't buy this camera.

The flap where the card is placed has a tiny hole for a padlock to go in...only problem, is that all of the weather proof padlocks are too large to be used, so its only the tiny tiny brass padlocks that might work with this, but just have a bolt cutter to hand, as I've had to use those to cut off a seized brass padlock on another camera when I made that mistake in the past.

And the night vision part of the camera hasn't worked yet, I'm still trying to get that bit to work as it might be user error. But given the other security issues around this camera I won't be buying Atl Acorn again. Buyer beware.
