Explore the New Forest with this series of 16 walks through ancient landscapes where long-forgotten bumps, hollows and moss-clad earthen banks have stories to tell of Bronze and Iron Age peoples, Romans, Normans and others who lived, worked and hunted here. Illustrated throughout with photographs that bring to life the secret past of this remarkable corner of England.
