Biography

Photographer Hugh Olliff is an active member of the George Borrow Society and lives in St. Dogmaels near Cardigan, west Wales. He was born in Birmingham in 1957, brought up in the Cotswolds and moved to Wales in 1994. His photographs have been published internationally and he was an exhibitor in the 1996 GLC Photographic Competition.
