The Opticron Explorer WA ED-R Monocular is a compacty and high quality field monocular. It features multi-coating wide-field ED glass lenses to provide excellent light transmission and good colour contrast. These monoculars have a close focus of 2m which is very helpful for close up insect work and the long eye relief aids spectacle wearers. They are nitrogen gas filled to provide waterproof protection to a depth of 3 metres.
