The Petzl Actik is a powerful headtorch suitable for a range of activities from fieldwork to mountaineering. It is very user friendly with one button to switch between brightness levels or light colour alongside a plate for orienting and directing the beam. Additionally, it is reflective making it easy to find in dark conditions and has a lock function which prevents it turning on and wasting power during transit or storage. The headband can be readily adjusted and is detachable and washable. The torch can also be placed inside the storage pouch to transform it into a lantern. 

The Actik is a dynamic torch which utilises a mixed beam (flood and focused) making it suitable for use at proximity and distance. It also has the option of switching between white and red light modes. The white lighting has three levels: MAX BURN TIME (for longer operation time), STANDARD (a balance between power and operation time) and MAX POWER. The red beam can be used continuously or in strobe mode.

The head torch is available in colours grey, blue, green and red and comes with three AAA batteries included.
