This book covers 240 different wild flowers commonly found in Lebanon. As Lebanon is estimate to have more than 3000 different species, it is not intended to be exhaustive, but to cover the more common and easily identifiable species. It is designed to present a quick overview of what can be found in Lebanon, where and when. Each flower is illustrated with a colour photo; a pictogram to indicate if it is edible, toxic, or has medicinal uses; the scientific and Arabic species name; and a short one or two-line description. The photos are arranged by flower colour.
