The Multi-Species Cavity nest builds upon previous well-tested nest box designs. This box is designed to accomodate a variety of large bird species including barn owls, tawny owls, stock doves, and kestrels. This box features a 45 cm clearance between the entrance hole bottom and the nesting box floor, designed to heighten chick safety. The front platform and roof landing provide ample space for both adult and fledgling activity. An integrated inspection hatch makes maintenance and cleaning simple, the hatch is easily secured with a security bolt. The box is constructed using FSC Duraply and recycled farm waste plastic for added sustainability.
This box comes flat-packed for easy transportation and assembly. Heavy-duty mounting plates are included for simple installation.
