Pulsar's Merger LRF XP35 thermal imaging binoculars offer powerful performance in a compact design. Despite being the smallest iteration in the Merger series, the XP35’s performance vastly outperforms its size, thanks to the 640×480, 17 µm, <25 mK NETD European-made Lynred thermal sensor. This resolution ensures excellent identification capabilities, and the thermal sensitivity ensures even the smallest heat signature is revealed, both by night and day, at a range of up to 1350 meters, regardless of challenging weather conditions. The IPX7 (waterproof) rating ensures that the elements will not damage your thermal imaging binoculars.
The Merger LRF XP35’s outstanding 17.8° field of view (FOV) is the widest in the Merger series. Combined with the integrated precision laser rangefinder which provides accurate distance measurements at a range of up to 1000 meters (±1 meter), it is the ideal accompaniment for wildlife surveying. Capture evidence with the built-in still image and video recorder stored to the device’s 16 GB internal memory or on the generous 16 GB free cloud storage via Stream Vision 2.
The XP35 features three adjustable sensitivity amplification levels and Pulsar’s new filtration algorithms which in conjunction with HD AMOLED displays provide stunning images with crisp detail, rich contrast, and vivid colours across the entire field of view. Eight colour palettes enable effective observation, allowing users to optimise the device for specific scenarios and adapt to changing conditions.
The XP35’s proximity sensor ensures no light will leak from the eyepieces when the device is not in use, reducing the risk of alerting animals to your presence during observations. This power-saving feature automatically switches the eyepieces into standby mode via the Display Off feature once the binoculars are away from the eyes.
Designed to remain comfortable, the Merger LRF XP35 retains the familiar aesthetics of classic binoculars. The ergonomic design makes them perfect for prolonged periods of fatigue-free observation, and their convenient button arrangement provides easy access to all important digital functions with minimal hand movement. Furthermore, the adjustable 62-74 mm interpupillary distance ensures a much more comfortable observation experience, allowing users to adjust accordingly to match their needs. Also featured is a dual battery system to allow for prolonged use (up to 9 hours, depending on temperature).
