The genera Zonopterus Hope, Huedepohliana Heffern and Thompsoniana Podaný are revised. Zonopteroides Podaný is considered as a genus to include Zonopterus diversus Gahan. Two new genera are described: Pseudoeuchitonia nov. gen to include Zonopterus grandis Thomson, Thompsoniana triochreofasciata Hayashi and Psuedoeuchitonia barbarae nov. sp., and Moratichroma nov. gen. to include Zonopterus magnificus Bates. Some species are considered as synonyms : Zonopterus perversus Ritsema, 1914 with Z. corbetti Gahan, 1906, Euchitonia constanzae Hüdepolh, 1983 with Pseudoeuchitonia triochreofasciata (Hayashi, 1979), Zonopterus pulcher Podaný, 1968 with Pseudochitonia grandis Thomson, 1878) and Zonopterus bosschae Ritsema, 1894 with Moratichroma magnifica (Bates, 1889).
