The authors propose a revision of the beetle tribe Phantasini Hunt and Breuning. Descriptions, synonymies, geographical distributions and the different types of biotopes they occupy are presented, as well as distribution maps and a species identification key for the three genera. A new genus is established, Trichophantasis nov. And two species are transferred to it. Two new species are described: Phantasis nodulosa and Phantasis tenebricosa.
