The SiOnyx PRO is the most advanced colour night vision monocular from the Aurora line of night vision devices. The PRO utilises the second generation of SiOnyx’s innovative Ultra Low-Light CMOS sensor which offers greater sensitivity to 940nm wavelengths of light compared to earlier iterations, improving image quality in low-light or dark conditions. This sensor allows the PRO to record excellent quality colour videos, not only during the day, but also in low light conditions and at night. This can assist with the accurate detection and identification of certain species. Electronic image stabilisation technology minimises potential blur and compensates for any camera shake. The PRO uses an improved low distortion lens which offers a wider field of view compared to earlier models.

The SiOnyx PRO can record HD videos at a frame rate of 60fps onto a MicroSD card, producing smooth video footage. It comes with a 32GB MicroSD card, and can support cards up to 256GB. It has an integrated Wi-Fi module that allows the device to be controlled remotely, and any recorded footage can be streamed using the SiOnyx Aurora App to a smartphone or tablet. It has an inbuilt GPS module which automatically geotags and timestamps any recorded videos or images, which can help with reviewing and organising footage taken in the field. 

It has a robust waterproof bodyshell and this PRO model comes supplied with a hardshell waterproof case to safely store and transport your monocular. Its ergonomic design and light weight allow it to sit comfortably in one hand, and its switch and dial settings are simple to use, allowing for quick adjustment in the field. The scene ring allows for a custom viewing experience for different times of day and the settings dial allows for fast operating mode changes. Users can also adjust the lens focus and dioptre. The device includes a variety of camera recording modes, including burst mode, time-lapse, panoramic view, self-timer, loop mode, slow-mo (shutter control) and HDR (High Dynamic Range). The Aurora PRO comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

This impressive monocular also features an innovative augmented reality setting called Team Mode. This application allows you to view the direction and distance to other Aurora PRO users, which can greatly aid navigation during team sports such as airsoft.
