The Surber Sampler is designed for quantitative sampling when the current is equal to or less than 10cm/second. This is the frame for the Surber Sampler and is made from aluminium alloy and riveted for strength. The nylon screens reduce the loss of animals from around the mouth of the net, whilst folding flat for easy transport.
The Surber Sampler Frame is available in three sizes: Small, Medium and Large. If you require any alterations to the basic frame, such as side screens, handle or quadrat extension, please contact us.
Please note this is just the frame. Nets of varying dimensions are sold separately. Closed ended bags and bags with filters are both available.
