This much-needed guide is a comprehensive resource of the 662 species of amphibians, reptiles, mammals, marine mammals, and birds (including seabirds) found throughout Victoria. It is some 25 years since the publication of a guide to the mammals of Victoria and there has not previously been a book covering all of Victoria's birds.
