A witty, contemporary fable about a bear, moose and beaver, who set off to climb a mountain. When the beaver turns the trek into a race to the top, it seems to add to the excitement. But near-disaster ensues! The trio finally realises that they will see more and enjoy more if they take it slowly. A story that has a strong appeal for our times, all delivered with a great dose of Oldland humour.
Nicholas Oldland earned a degree in fine arts at Mount Allison University in New Brunswick, Canada, and enjoyed success as a commercial artist before taking up the role of creative director at Hatley, a popular apparel company he runs with his brothers.
