A check list of the all of the species and genus group names applied to the Insects of North America (Continental United States, Canada, and Greenland).| These names include senior synonyms, junior synonyms, junior homonyms emendations, unavailable names (in the sense of the Code of Zoological Nomenclature), and (in some cases) misspellings and misidentifications. The information for each species group name includes the original generic name and the name's original orthography.
