About this book

Language: Bilingual in English and Czech

This revised edition in the Zoological Keys series focuses on the economically very important beetle family Dermestidae. The publication is prepared according to the latest scientific knowledge. The keys are bilingual and allow identification, if possible, on the basis of conspicuous and easily identifiable external features. Only where it is not possible to do otherwise, internal or not easily detectable characters are also used (all such characters are illustrated). The keys have been modified for the territory of the Czech and Slovak Republics, but invasive species that are expected due to the export or import of various stock commodities are included.
