Biosecurity Net

About this product

The Biosecurity Net uses the same frame as the Professional Hand Net but without the inner brass ring and fixings. It has a net bag which fastens to the frame using strong industrial velcro. This means that it can be quickly removed and packed away ready for cleaning and sterilisation between different locations, helping to prevent the transfer and spread of contaminants between sites. 

The bag is made from 1mm woven mesh and has an industrial nylon collar. It is 500mm deep. The frame has a wooden handle which is comfortable to hold and will float if dropped in water. The net head has a width of 250mm.

Spare bags can also be purchased separately.

Please note that repeated bleaching of bags will affect their integrity. To maximise life span of the bags, consider using a broad spectrum disinfectant such as Virkon S.
