Walt Davis is former director of the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum in Canyon, Texas; former curator of vertebrate collections at the Dallas Museum of Natural History; and coauthor of the book Exploring the Edges of Texas. He lives in Campbell, Texas, USA.
