These de-ringing circlip pliers are an absolute essential for bird ringers and should always be carried during ringing sessions in case a metal ring needs to be removed or replaced. They are also useful for opening plastic or darvic colour rings when applying to a bird's leg. The de-ringing pliers are 4-5 mm (BTO sizes C and D) and have interchangeable tips to provide either fine straight or angled tips.
