Access Badger Gate

About this product

The NHBS Access Badger Gate is constructed from aluminium and is lighter than most steel gates but still more than strong enough for repeated use in sett exclusions or fencing. It weighs just 3kg and has a heavy-duty grill panel so that badgers can easily see what is on the other side before pushing through. The Badger Gate has pointed legs to allow you to easily drive the gate into the ground using either a wooden mallet or a hammer and block of wood (do not hit the frame directly with a hammer). Designed and manufactured by NHBS. Please note that this is an access gate and so is not suitable for exclusion projects. We also supply packs of Stainless Steel Cable Ties for securely attaching netting to the gate. High Tensile Pegs can also be purchased to secure Badger Netting to the ground.

Please note: An M6 bolt is used to secure the gate locking mechanism and you will need to have a size 10 spanner to use this.

Badgers and their setts are protected under the Protection of Badgers Act 1992 and a licence is required to work on or near a sett.
