This circuit breaker is designed to protect you from the risk of an electric shock or electrical fires when using mains electrical equipment, such as moth traps, outside. The device will detect and quickly disconnect the circuit in the event of an earth connection leakage or if a power cable becomes damaged, enabling you to use moth traps and other outdoor electrical equipment with peace of mind. The RCD circuit breaker works as an adaptor that can be plugged into any UK mains socket, with your electrical equipment plugged into the socket on the circuit breaker itself. To test or reset the circuit, use the clearly marked and easily accessible buttons on the front face of the adaptor. This circuit breaker has a 13A maximum load. It is strongly recommended that the adaptor be tested using the test button before each use.
