About this book

Memoir 11 is a revision of the leaf beetle genus Aphthona Chevrolat (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Alticinae) in the Palearctic Region. It includes a compendium of the history of the higher classification of Alticinae, especially of the tribe Aphthonini, cladistic analyses of the tribe, and a discussion of the morphological characters, hypothesized relationships, and taxonomic decisions. Keys are given for the genera of Aphthonini and Palearctic species of Aphthona.
