This book contains contributions of participants of the 6th International Tropical Zoology Symposium, titled "Tropical Vertebrates in a Changing World", which was held in Bonn, Germany, from May 3rd to 8th, 2009.
The geographical focus of the symposium was the tropical regions of Africa with Madagascar, America, and Asia. Contributions on their vertebrate faunas are ranging from studies on systematics and zoogeography to analyses of distribution patterns, ecology, and conservation issues.
