This volume reports on frog specimens collected during a series of expeditions led by Dr Schouteden and Mr. de Witte between 1920-1931 in Belgian Congo. Approximately 23,000 specimens were collected at the time, belonging to 79 species, of which ten were unknown to science at that point in time. Fascicle 4 covers pages 153-188 and plates V to XI.
