About this product

This mist net has a mesh size of 30 x 30mm and is made from nylon (70 denier/2 ply). Suitable for bats, medium-sized passerines, waders, small ducks and small to medium terns.

This nylon mist net is hardly visible, very soft and usually used for catching bats or birds in open habitats. The net is equipped with wind block lines and colour marked loops. Available in a variety of lengths (9, 12, 15 and 18m), each net is 3.2m high and has 4 shelves.

For safe mist net extractions, we recommend the purchase of our Mist Net Strand Cutter.

The sale of mist nets is restricted to those with an appropriate licence or permit. Please provide a copy when ordering.
