Malabar Wildlife sanctuary is the 16th wildlife sanctuary of Kerala, India, and is located in the Western Ghats. It is one of the 35 world biodiversity hotspots of and was established in 2009. It is situated within the limits of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve and also an integral part of the Wayanad Elephant Reserve under Project Elephant. This book describes the vertebrate and invertebrate fauna found in this area.
