These Monofilament Gill Nets are 30m in length and 1.5m deep. They are suitable for freshwater and marine use and ideal for surveying fish populations including species occurrence as well as quantitative relative abundance and biomass.
Monofilament nets offer a few advantages over multi-filament nets in that they can be set and retrieved faster and offer fewer problems with tangling.
These nets are available with a range of mesh sizes to suit your target species. Choose from 33mm or 60mm mesh. Please note that mesh sizes are measured knot to knot.
Please note: As of October 2019 we have only one net available in our clearance sale.
